  • Mr. Chung is one of representative partners in charge of electronic department.

    He graduated from Busan National University with B.S. in electronic engineering, and passed the 25th Civil Service technical examination to qualify as a Patent Attorney in 1996.

    He built his professional career serving as a patent examiner of KIPO (Korea Intellectual Property Office) in technical field of electronic engineering for a number of years.

    Currently, he is also a member on Patent Attorney Examination Committee, a member of Policy Evaluation Committee in Ministry of Industry and Commerce, an Appraisal Evaluation Commissioner of ITEP, an Advisory Commissioner of KETI Technology Industrialization Advisory Committee, a Counseling Commissioner of Electronics Newspaper, an IP commissioner of KOSITIA, a steering commissioner of Mid-Term Hub Technology Department Project at Ministry of Industry and Commerce, a steering Commissioner of Next Generation New Technology Department Project at Ministry of Industry and Commerce, an Evaluation Commissioner of KMAC, an Evaluation Commissioner of SDI, an Evaluation Commissioner of BRIA, an Evaluation Commissioner of TIPA, a Technical Counseling commissioner of KSIA, a PL Dispute Mediation Commissioner of ESAK, and an Evaluation Commissioner of IITA.

  • Mr. Jin is one of representative partners in charge of overseas department

    He graduated from Seoul National University in 1983 with B.S. in Oceanology. He passed the 29th Patent Attorney Examination Bar in 1992 to become a Patent Attorney.

    He served as a President of the Policy Research Subcommittee Meeting of Korea Patent Attorneys Association, a director for patenting & promotion of Korea Patent Attorneys Association, and a Vice-president of Korea Technology Transfer Association.

    Currently, he is a member of the committee of Technology Transfer Center in Aju University and holding a membership in AIPPI, APPA and LES Korea.

    He graduated from University of Seoul with BS in civil engineering, and passed the Patent Attorney Examination to become a Patent Attorney. Before he joined the firm, he built his professional career working at Hanol Intellectual Property & Law.

  • Mr. Cho is one of representative partners in charge of electronic engineering department. He graduated from Busan National University with a bachelor of electronic engineering. Before he joined the firm, he built his professional career working at LG Chem and Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy for a number of years. Moreover, he also served as a patent examiner in KIPO in technical field of electronic engineering.

  • Mr. Kim is a patent attorney in charge of Bio/Chemical department.

    He graduated from Seoul National University with B.S. in Food Engineering, and Kyunghee University with M.S. degree in Electronic Engineering. He passed the Patent Attorney Examination Bar to become a Patent Attorney.

    Before he joined the firm, he built his professional career as a patent attorney for a number of years at Hanol Intellectual Property & Law, Gyeonggi Regional Intellectual Property Center, and Hanlim Patent & Law Office.

    He also formerly served as an evaluation committee member of technical development project in the province of Gyeonggi-do, and an expert committee member in the IP supporters of Bucheon Industry Promotion Foundation.

    He graduated from Chung-Ang University with BS in mechanical engineering, and passed the Patent Attorney Examination to become a Patent Attorney in Korea. Before he joined the firm, he served as a patent attorney in ZENA Patent & Law Office and SUNYOUNG International Patent & Law Firm.

    Before he joined Nobel International Patent & Law Firm, he built his professional career as a patent attorney for a number of years at Chung Hyun Patent & Law Office and Kasan IP Firm.

  • Mr. Kim is a patent attorney in charge of Electronics and Electrical Department (Patent strategy) He graduated, Electrical Engineering Department, School of Engineering, Chung-Ang University (CAU).

    Prior to joining Nobel International Patent & Law Firm, he worked for many years as an examiner/director/senior judge for electrical and communications related intellectual properties at the Korea Intellectual Property Office, KIPO, and as a director of Government R&D Strategy Division of Korea Intellectual property STrategy Agency, KISTA. He also built his professional career as a Judge for Excellent Product Selection at Public Procurement Service, PPS, and as a specialist of Professional Council of Korea Science and Technology Job Promotion Agency.

    He also has served years as an expert member of the Technology Innovation Evaluation Group of Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology, KEIT, and as an expert member for evaluation of SME R&D projects at Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SME, SMETECH.

  • Mr. Lee is an Advisor on electronic matters.

    He graduated from Korea University with a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, and built his professional career working at Patent Department of LG Electronics for 26 years. And since then he has served as an Executive Manager in charge of Electronic Department at Nobel International Patent & Law Firm. He also lectured on Intellectual Property at Kyonggi University.

  • Mr. Parke is an Executive Managing Director of International Cooperation Department.

    He used to serve as a ROKAF avionics officer/navigator and was discharged as a captain with an honor. He graduated from Yonsei University with a BS in electrical engineering, Korea Open University with BA in law, Busan National University with a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Yonsei University Graduate School of Law (LLM) with a master’s degree in Law. He also studied linguistics at Graduate School of New York University and US law at graduate school of Hallym University. He also graduated from the University of Connecticut, School of Law with an LLM.

    He built his professional careers working as a foreign news reporter at DongHwa & Yonhap news agency, a footwear coordinator at Mitsubishi NY/Tokyo, a president of Busan Foreign Language Institute, and an executive managing director at Hanyang Int’l Patent & Law Firm.

    In addition, currently he is an adjunct professor at Yonsei University Law School and a non-standing trade commissioner at Korea international Trade Association (KITA) as a licensed international trade specialist.

  • Dr. Yoon is a director for technology commercialization.

    He once served as a ROK Army interpreting officer and was discharged as a first lieutenant. He graduated from Texas A&M University with PhD and MS degree in electrical engineering, Hanyang University with BS in electronics engineering. He also made research on electrooptic materials as a visiting scholar at Texas A&M University.

    He built his professional careers working as a director of the electronic component division at Korea Electronics Technology Institute, a technology development manager for SRAM devices at SK Hynix Semiconductor, a technical director at Darae Law & IP Firm, a technical director at Darae Strategic Business Commercialization Center, and a technical director at Sunrich International Patent Law Firm. He also served as a project manager of Korean national projects on optical device packaging technology and mems technologies.

    He served as an expert in standards area, such as a secretary of International Electro-technical Commission (IEC), 3D National Standards Coordinator for Korean Agency for National Technology and Standards, and a standard committee member for The Institute of Electronics and Information Engineers.

    Additionally, he served as a project specialist (PS) at Creative Economic Valley Technology Innovation Center to assist commercialization of R&D projects supported by the Institute for Information and Communication Technology Promotion (IITP), and a member of Scientists and Engineers Advisory Group providing technical assistance for small and medium sized enterprises.

    She obtained Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Hanyang University.
    Ms. Lee used to work at institute of medicine in Hanyang University, and also work at Il-Yang Pharm . Co., Ltd. as senior researcher before joining Nobel Patent Office.
