General Power of Attorney

The General Power of Attorney form is available for download for applicants who wish to authorize our firm to represent them in all applications entrusted to us. Once a General Power of Attorney has been filed with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), no additional Power of Attorney will be required for subsequent filings with KIPO.
